"We stayed with our 5 month old baby and it was perfect. Loved the whole experience - the apartment was modern, very new and clean, with a minimalist design that felt homey, all the amenities were so stylish and thoughtful (the washer-dryer was super efficient and not too loud). good soundproofing in the bathrooms too so no issue about waking baby up. Super spacious, which was great - really felt like home for a week. The staff were very responsive and reliable. Location was wonderful, off a...

"Very very nice"

"The staff was not at all warm or welcoming during my stay. It felt like whiplash after spending 12 days in Japan and experiencing nothing but exceptional hospitality at my other accommodations. I arrived around 2:20 p.m. after a long train ride from Osaka, in heavy rain, hoping to get into my room a little early. Instead, I was simply told check-in was at 3 p.m. They offered to hold my luggage, but with the rain pouring and only 40 minutes until check-in, this wasn’t particularly helpful. There...

"Dejligt rent værelse. Comforten er i top. Fantastisk placering med udsigt til Tokyo sky tree. Personalet var hjælpsomme, søde og fleksible med opbevaring af bagage mm. "

"Meget særligt sted Man bor på Japansk! Alt foregår på gulvet - sidde sove - stor oplevelse!"

"Check-in was a bit glitchy but otherwise a great and quiet stay. Clean and stylish and in an older part of Tokyo that was a welcome change of pace from"

"Jeg synes, at det var et så godt hotel. Rigtig hyggeligt med restauranten nedenunder, hjælpsomt personale, rent hotelværelse."

"Personalet var så så søde!"

"There is occasionally a bad smell coming from the toilet."

"Hotel wa nice and friendly staff. Hotel lobby was very hot as there was no air turned on so it was very stuffy and warm. The room did not have any closets or drawers for you to hang anything. You do need to shut the second door to the room or you can hear the other people outside as all rooms are very close to one another. Sleeping quarters were decent but the pictures made it look much more spacious. Location was near the train station, it was approximately a 10-15 minute walk. They do...

"The room was nice spacious and clean. We asked in advance to hear if luggage could be stored - never got an answer, also tried to call to the number listed as there service number but no answer or response. Easy self checking in and out. No noise from street or neighborhood. The bed is hard. All in all place I can recommend. Stayed for 3 nights. "

"I quite liked this hotel. It was a nice change from the more formal Disney hotel that we had just come from, but it was still very clean and comfortable. There is no lobby, and my husband needed somewhere to"
