If you or other guests like to fish, the lake is primarily known for Pike, Bass, and Crappie. If you own a boat, the lake has a public boat ramp just a 2-minute drive from the home.

- Minimum Rental age 25+ and must be present during the entire stay.
- No smoking anywhere on the property; inside or out. Smoking inside will result in a
$1,000 fine for deep cleaning and other.
*Damage Deposit $250 credit card hold is placed 2 days after check-in, and released in 7 days.

*Parties or events are strictly prohibited, and if reported, guests may be asked to vacate the rental without a refund.
*Pets are not permitted inside or on the grounds, with a minimum $250 fine for violations.

*Locked Closets (Owner closet/door in laundry area and basement): These areas are not included for guest use. Please do NOT attempt to open locked closets. If you break into the closet/cabinet, your guest account will be charged for any repairs and any missing items.
