We did not use the pool (purely our personal our choice).The Wi-Fi was excellent.The beds, linen, towels were clean and comfortable.The alfresco furniture was filthy with dust and bird droppings. We had to clean the table and 3 of the chairs before we could use it. The ledge outside the door of the alfresco is broken and painted to disguise the missing tiles.The living room sofa was broken. When my wife sat down and tried to stretch-out, the end section of the sofa dislodged from the main sofa and she nearly fell onto the floor. The sofa itself is aged and has had a hard life.There was a 'tacky' feel to all the worktops in the kitchen, as if they had been cleaned with a greasy cloth. We had to clean all the worktops before preparing any food.The cutlery and crockery were clean and there was plenty of everything for our stay.For 1657.70 for a 3-night stay, even during a peak holiday period, requires a higher standard. I have stayed at other properties in Kalbarri while there for work and the standard has been much higher. Honestly, if I had the choice again, I would have booked a week in Bali instead.
