"Good staff and clean and quiet and nice view."

"We had an amazing stay here! The staff was so friendly and made the trip that much better! Anything you needed from help with like where to go for food or entertainment, or just a nice place to settle in after a long day of walking this place was perfect. We didn’t get to take advantage of the spa so we want to try it next time! We stayed on the top floor suite and I highly recommend getting the same spot. "Standard hôtel indretning af værelset. Lidt mut / ikke smilende personale. Overfladen af hotellet er pænt."

"Super miejsce do spędzenia czasu w górach"

"Værelset var rent. Faciliteterne var helt iorden. Jeg ku godt finde på komme tilbage. God lokation ifht gågaden , stationen mm. God oplevelse 😊 "

"El sitio es ideal para parejas o familias que quieran tener su privacidad y más espacio que en una habitación de hotel. Zakopane en general es muy caminable por lo que este hospedaje sigue siendo una excelente opción."

"All in all ok. Breakfast was nice, room a little dusty, but bedsheets were clean."

"A nice hotel in a great location with easy access to the main street and the walking trails. A good selection for breakfast and a great lunch packet if you are leaving early and will miss breakfast. The pool and hot tub were lovely and no one else was there when we were using them. The free entry to the thermal baths was a bonus. The great pub/restaurant next door was an added bonus. Overall a lovely stay."

The TV itself did'nt work by the way.. And there was a lot of noise from the bar & reception area which was located about only 10 meters from the entrance to my room. The bed was hard, and the "view to the mountains" that they promised on their Hotels.com page, did'nt apply to...
