"The place was absolutely great! The location is amazing and has amazing views of the volcano. Breakfast is also really nice with omelette station and waffles and then a nice buffet of various fruit and Costa Rican dishes. The only downer was that the WiFi in our cabin didn’t work well and the floor boards creaked a lot which was a bit much during the night. But wouldn’t stop me from recommending staying here. "

"Very peaceful with an exclusive feel. A beautiful retreat. World class"

"Our stay was amazing! Staff was very helpful, the check in was easy and communication throughout our stay was very easy as well. We also had the place to ourselves the whole time! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a calm and relaxing place to stay :)"

"Bauma is the perfect way to experience La Fortuna Costa Rica! The perfect immersive experience."

"Fantastisk sted i smukke omgivelser."

"Meget høj service, utroligt venlige, dejlige værelser og lækre faciliteter (pools, motionscenter, hot springs)"

"Udmærket hotel. Ikke luksus men god kvalitet. Fin service og udmærket varme kilder."

"Nice staf checking in. Dirty room, 1 of my pillows had 15 stains of yellow fluid ! Terrible breakfast, almost nothing to choose from, no waiter to serve you coffee etc., Hotel only survives for the Hot pools and a small infinity pool with beautiful view of Arenal. Also don’t expect to sleep, families shouting and at 6:00 staff start up a high pressure water gun and start a super noisy cleaning. Absolutely not worth the money, choose any other Hotel in the Neighborhood."

"Dejligt sted med en god og hjælpsom værtinde. Vi manglede dig lidt køkkenservice"

"Flot udsigt til vulkanen. Dyrt i restaurant og lidt langt til restauranter og byen. Fint til en enkel eller to overnatning. Værelse var fint og vi ku sidde på terrassen og se vulkanen. "

"The hotel was very nice, and the personnel extremely friendly. Great amenities, but poor food served in the restaurant."

"Der er et virkeligt dejligt sted, fantastisk udeområde med have, pools og flere jacuzzier. Vi havde ingenting at sætte en finger på. Vi kommer meget gerne igen "

"The apartment was intimate, cozy, and overall clean. Check in was smooth and level of security was good. With all this said there were opportunities of improvement: 1. Unfortunately, there was an ink stained towel awaiting us in the bathroom. More towels were provided to us but yet again we found the same issue. 2. For there to be so much rain we didnt have any inside critters but there was leakage from the ceiling in the corner of the bedroom. We also noticed broken/ missing window curtains....
