"I love the room we stayed, it was nice and quiet, even if we the hotel is right on town where there is a lot of expected noise.
One thing I would recommend is to apply something to the wooden floors, it can cause an accident to someone walking with socks, the floor was very slippery. Other than that everything was excellent. "

"The property was clean and close to every thing. The staff was very friendly helpful and would help with everything we needed.
My only complaint was that the kitchen had very little in it. Of course we could ask and they would get what we needed but i hate asking all the time. The kitchen needs to be stocked with what is needed. "

"The box beds are great, really secure. They also have lots of daily walking tours and activities. The main downside is you need the window open and the street is noisy. This didn’t bother me but if you need quiet, this wouldn’t be it. I loved my stay and would love to go back."

"Ok hotel with a pool. The rooms are good and spacious, the same with the bathroom. The room is a bit dark with carpets.
The pool and spa area is indoor but not heated, this means it is cold in the morning and hot at noon/afternoon (it’s a greenhouse). The water in the pool is not heated during the night which also means it is cold at the morning at hot in the afternoon.
The saunas, steam bath and gym is not allowed for kids which is a potty. "

"La ubicación es fabulosa , pedimos dos habitaciones una de ellas no nos encantó por el espacio y distribución de la misma pero la otra estaba muy bien. Siempre limpiaron muy bien todo , olía a limpio cuando regresabas al hotel. El desayuno es muy barato y bueno , en general todo se ve limpio, pero yo creo que lo que se lleva el 10000000 es el personal del hotel todos fueron muy amables, te resolvían al instante, siempre con una sonrisa, y además nos hicieron early check in.
