Staff was fantastic and so helpful is booking activities for us as well giving recommendations. The soundproofing in the rooms is not good, we could hear other guest etc. besides that, it was a great stay. "

Aircon did not work though. Couldn’t get it fixed in our 2 days of stay, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

"New construction so you won't find any "old world" charm here. But it is clean, well fitted with everything you need, great location. Beds/bedding quality excellent, bathrooms well equipped. Breakfast service was more than adequate. Stayed 4 nights and cannot complain.
Also, we had to make a change to our reservation at the last minute and the hotel accommodated us with no penalty. Much appreciated!

"Hervorragendes Hotel, gut gelegen um alles in Swakopmund auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Frühstück sehr gut, wie auch das Wifi in den Zimmer (was für unsere Jungs immer wichtig ist). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!"

"Goed om hier weer even terug te zijn. De fiets die ik eerder huurde was onder handen genomen en liep nu gesmeerd. Ook leuk: een kaarsje op de kamer. Slechts één minpuntje:bij het uitchecken deed de eigenaresse een kamerinspectie. Dat heb ik al 40 jaar niet meer meegemaakt."
