"Renaissance is a fantastic hotel. The staff, facilities (pool and gym) were all excellent. The surrounding area is fairly limited but you do have everything you need on site and the BART station is a 5 min walk away. It was a shame to leave! "

"The lobby has a friendly and helpful vibe yet it works like a well oiled machine. Communications were at a high level and things went well so many times. Extended Stay caters to a diverse crowd of travelers way better than the others. I enjoyed the interaction and my needs were met and exceeded by the staff at this Pleasant Hill / Concord / Walnut Creek location."

We were in a corner room overlooking the intersection so it was a little loud but they thoughtfully provided a white noise gadget that really helped! I like the double blinds that keep the light out too. Very friendly staff and we easily found parking nearby on the street. Their recommendations for food nearby are good but there’s also Creekwood for weekend brunch or dinner. Excellent! Just down Sacramento… "
