Dette spektakulære 2600 kvadratmeter luksuriøse private hjem er beliggende i et lukket samfund med sikkerhedsvagter. Dette private strandsamfund er ideelt beliggende ved siden af et af det eneste år omkring beskyttede strande med tropisk vegetation, masser af hvidt sand og krystalklart vand. Du går simpelthen ud af huset med din klapstol og går 150 fod til den rolige strand. Selvom huset ligger en kort gåtur eller kørsel til landsbyen Kona, sikrer det rolige kvarter og omgivelserne ved havet, at du kan slappe af i søvn ved den blide lyd fra bølgerne, der bryder og havbrisen i palmerne. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful well-equipped and maintained property. Everyone had their private space but there was space to gather as a group as well. We could get a peek at the ocean from the house and greatly enjoyed sunsets at the beach. I highly recommend this property.

This property was a perfect home for our family vacation to the island of Hawaii. The house had plenty of space for us with our 3 adult sons and daughter-in-law. With 4 bedrooms, we all had our own space and there was a lot of common space for us to get together. The pool was a hit, and the short walk to the beach was perfect for sunsets. The location was great to explore all the island has to offer.

We loved staying in this home and it fit the seven of us (4 adults and three kids) perfectly. So centrally located, great cook’s kitchen, short walk to the beach and the Old Airport beach. Very quiet neighborhood and minutes from downtown Kailua-Kona. We look forward to renting thus home again. Mahalo!

Property was as expected. Well set up for a family of 4 plus 2 grandparents. Had everything we needed. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Great location - steps to the beach and close to the main downtown area of Kona.

Wow - this house is amazing. It was perfect for our group of 6. Super clean and well stocked. The pool was fantastic and location could not be beat. We could walk everywhere and it was safe with good sidewalks. The bonus keiki beach across the street was also awesome. The AC units were really nice to have. Will definitely be back!

I can't imagine a better location for a family visit: Ballfields and playground behind the house, and kid-safe beach in front of the house! All amenities are within a mile, and it's just a couple miles to Kona-Kailua for excursions. The house itself has plenty of rooms--4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. The pool is clean and refreshing, and also kid-safe. The house comes with a welcome package of local snacks, pool towels, and beach toys. The kitchen is well equipped. The master bath has a large jetted tub that our three children (7, 5, and 3) just loved to use together. The only precaution is that the AC is wall units in the bedrooms. The living areas get pretty warm in the summer, and the AC in the rooms is noisy enough to disturb light sleepers. This was a great stay in a beautiful place. We would definitely stay here on a return visit!

This property has great potential because of its location and size, but is starting to feel some neglect. We had some issues with things not working properly. We had 8 adults and the 3 listed showers were going to be a great help in making our vacation efficient. Unfortunately, the downstairs shower did not produce hot water. We did call the property manager and got a very quick response to our issues, which most were taken care of. The handyman said he fixed the hot water problem for the shower, but the problem persisted. The washing machine gasket was full of water and possibly mold. We did our best to clean it out, but it had an awful smell. Unusable for our family, so that was a big disappointment. Our trip was very busy and we didn’t have time to deal with a handyman coming out multiple times to address problems. Minor issues like: swimming pool lights didn’t work, coffee grinder didn’t work, stand alone counter top ice maker didn’t work, major spider webs on some lanais, small wasp nests starting to form under the eve near the pool in the back. We had a great vacation and a great stay, but it was hard to overlook the neglect. These issues should be spotted and addressed before guests arrive. It shouldn’t be the guest’s responsibility to point out all of the existing problems. I get it when something is working then breaks while you are there. That would be an unforeseen issue. But these were issues all from the start. I just expected more for a higher priced property.

The property is ideally located for a family vacation, and set up extremely well. Clean, very comfortable with 4 bedrooms, and a lovely kitchen / living room / gathering area that opens up to the patio / lanai with the pool The beach across the street with its huge tidal pool was ideal for families with children. My daughter and her husband live in NZ, so for us Hawaii is half way between NZ and Vancouver. We'd love to return again.

The home is beautiful. Its in a great safe location. The pool was great for morning sun and then take an easy walk to the beach for afternoon beach time. The home is in good shape with every thing we needed. Its also close to Alii for shopping and food. Highly recommend!

We were a family of parents, children & 4 small granddaughters. The home was the perfect size & location, the 3rd bathroom a bonus as was the spacious rooms & overall layout. The home was presented very clean thank you. We as a family prefer to self cater most of our meals & while the kitchen was spacious, the crockery, cutlery, glassware (and lack of), utensils etc were either too small, chipped, cracked or not sufficient for a med sized family group. The total lack of baking dishes & trays, gasmatch for bbq etc was frustrating. The non working dishwasher should have been checked & replaced prior to our arrival. A small onsite pool was nice but was made even more so by the constant presence of the creepy crawly. It does not filter all the plastic & foam particles out of the water from the old foam pool noodles. We saw this in the water quite clearly with our swim goggles. There were only 2 rather old Sun loungers for us 8 to “share” & sadly the fabric on one split the first time one of the kids sat on it. The aircon units while functioning were exceedingly noisy, the upstairs master bedroom dripped its water straight down over the roof as no gutter then dropped straight onto us sitting below at the outdoor table. Downstairs lounge too hot & needs something more than a stand fan. Other than these small (but annoying) things, the location & house itself was wonderful, it just needs some minor maintenance, work needed on insect screens so they open & lock at night.

We didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the home as we were in town for the Queen Liliuokalani Race and we explored a lot. There were a lot of spider webs on the property, hope was beautiful, great location. No option to cover some of the windows which is strange in our culture. Overall a nice place. All toiletries were provided, as well as dish soaps, hand soaps, paper towels etc.

This was our first time to Kona and what a memorable trip! The villa was a delight and plenty large for our family of 7. The pool was a great way for the kiddos to play once worn out from day adventuring and the short stroll to the majestic ocean soul soothing for myself and my husband. The AC in each room was ideal and making sleeping so much easier! We loved all of the stay and look forward to visiting again.

our stay was good, we wish we would have known that there was no AC in the main living area of the house. any problems we had they got fixed pretty much immediately. we had fast and good communication with the property manager and the service department.
