Experience comfort and tranquility in our newly built Hawaiian-style Cottage, perfect for temporary housing. This fully furnished retreat boasts its own address and offers a range of amenities for a delightful stay.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, including a refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker and water dispenser, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, electric tea pot, stove with oven, pots and pans, silverware, dishes, blender, rice cooker, and a TV for your entertainment.

The cottage features 2 bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with a full-sized bed, both adorned with high-quality bedding and linen. A small office corner with an office chair provides a dedicated space for work or study.

The bathroom is elegantly designed with a glass shower, a modern Gerberit toilet, and a sink. We supply hand and beach towels to enhance your convenience.

For added comfort, an in-suite washer and dryer are located on the small landing in front of the kitchen.

Outside, revel in the private oasis of a fully fenced garden, where you can unwind amidst the soothing sounds of the ocean and feel the tropical trade winds.

Kailua Beach, just two blocks away, invites you to a 2 1/2 mile long protected bay with fine white powdery sand. Whether strolling, swimming, or sunbathing, you'll appreciate the beauty of this serene location. At night, the gentle sound of the ocean provides a soothing backdrop.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler. Embrace the island spirit as you explore the wonders of Kailua and its vibrant community.

The friendly street features a nearby playground (Triangle Park), and a short stroll to the beach takes you to a charming neighborhood store offering groceries, wine, beer, coffee, drinks, and a deli with delightful picnic options.

Kailua town, just a 10-minute walk away, offers a variety of shops and restaurants to explore.

For your convenience, a bus stop is located down the street, and if you need a car, Enterprise has a rental office in Kailua.
