"This was the worst experience I have had in my many years of travelling to man international destinations. First of all Hotels.com overcharged me by charging a premium on this hotel the rates at the hotel were 50% of what Hotels.com charged. The place was horrible and not as mentioned in the described in Hotels.com. Everything was horrible"

"I stayed for 5 days as part of a business trip to Delhi. Nice hotel with good and clean rooms and good breakfast. Friendly staff. Only drawback was that they couldn’t arrange an early check-in which is needed as flights from Europe often arrives in the early morning. The neighborhood is not so interesting Will be happy to recommend the hotel."

"The room was spotlessly clean from the moment we arrived – fresh linens, perfect bathroom, no dust anywhere, and everything smelling nice and new.
The staff is simply fantastic! Every single person we met was genuinely friendly, smiling and super welcoming. What really sets this place apart is how incredibly helpful they are. No matter what little (or bigger) issue/question we had, they always came up with practical solutions right away – nothing was ever “too much trouble”

"This is a perfect location for a one-night stay before taking an early morning flight from Delhi. Great location, comfortable rooms, good amenities, pool and a good restaurant. On top we were able to leave some bagage behind during our 6-day trip to Nepal even though we were not coming back for another stay. That was a great help for our travel plans.
Rooms are clean and good for a few nights, but the hallways needed a bit maintenance. You don’t notice the highway next door.

"We stayed 3 nights at the New Hindustan by Backpackers Heaven the price is right and the service is really nice. The best thing was to met Jahn who helped us plan our trip through India. He made really good suggestions and showed us what is possible. Without him we wouldn‘t experience India completly. Just for him, his positivity and his effort to give us the full experience of India I would stay there again. No regrets to choose this place at all"

The in hotel restaurant was good, clean, anf cheap.
The rooms were clean and the staff incredibly friendly.
Incredibly easy to book transport.
Cons: cant order food to your room from outside sources.
Outside can be loud (but thats everywhere in the city, not the fault of the hotel.)
Cant have friends or guests inside the room.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
