The Maui Beach House is a two story private beach retreat on a calm and private bay. It is a place of unmatched peace, I tranquility, beauty. This idyllic beach house features wide ocean views from all rooms with a total of over 4,000 square feet. of interior and deck space.
The house is elevated approximately 12 feet from the waterline behind a private seawall with steps directly down to the sandy beach.
Most days you will find no one on the this beach except yourself and your fellow guests.
The bay is remarkably calm and is perfect swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking.
It is particularly safe for children as the water is crystal clear with even a sandy bottom.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
There are 4 bedrooms and each has their own en-suite bathroom. The main floor master suite features a king sized bed and a private lanai. Upstairs, the second master suite has a king sized bed with two additional twin day beds. Also upstairs, Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and Bedroom 4 has a queen sized bed. Each second floor bedroom opens to a large second floor lanai with stunning ocean views. There is air-conditioning in every bedroom, ensuring that you will have a great night’s sleep.

MAIN FLOOR LIVING AREA
This spacious and bright indoor/outdoor living area has plenty of comfortable seating, ceiling fans, bar area and large sitting area facing the ocean. There is a huge kitchen area with gas BBQ. Plus retractable doors open just a few feet from the water and you will experience expansive ocean views and some of the most amazing Maui sunsets!

UPPER DECK
You have spectacular views looking down on the clear waters where you can often observe turtles and sea life swimming by. The view stretches from Lanai to the whole of Molokai and you will see a sunset 365 days a year!
The upper deck area has ample seating for sun bathing and a sheltered area with patio furniture.

The north deck has a large cabana with rattan furniture for relaxing and comfort.

The property is fully walled and gated with two gates and a half circle driveway.

The vegetation around the property is such that you feel like you are living on your own private island.

KITCHEN/DINING

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you could possibly need from wine glasses to pots & pans! The kitchen opens to a dining area beyond which you can step into the living room. The dining room has seating at the table for 10 people.

HOUSE POLICIES:

* Please note that weddings/receptions are not permitted without priory authorization
* Quiet hours shall be maintained from 9:00 pm until 8:00 am, during which time the noise from the short-term rental home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the Maui Beach House boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area
* Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited
* Vehicles shall park in the designated onsite parking areas and shall not be parked on the street
* No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur

So many indoor and outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the best part of this terrific property, the view! We enjoyed swimming in the calm waters at low tides, and watching the turtles go by. Check-in was very quick and easy.

Kids' first time at the ocean!

What a magical stay! The house is so family friendly -- we made ample use of the high-chair and pack and play for our 11 month old daughter. She and her two brothers, ages 5 and 7, experienced the ocean for the first time and they absolutely loved it. Having a laundry room upstairs and downstairs was a God-send. I loved having coffee in the morning right outside the sliding glass doors with the perfect view. The kids saw lots of geckos and giant snails that they thought were so cool! In the early morning we could see sea turtles making their way back to the ocean after a beachy rest. We were also lucky enough to see a monk seal in the cove attempt to go hang out on the opposing beach. It was such a special trip with meaningful memories made for our family. I would be remiss if I did not mention how accommodating Daniel was during our stay. His communication was excellent and we appreciated the cold beverages in the fridge upon our arrival. 10/10 would love to stay again!

Idyllic

We wanted a special location for my sister's 70th birthday. We found it at this property. You just cannot beat the location right on the beach. Many hours were spent in the various sitting areas, watching the world--and the whales--go by. With 4 couples, the sleeping arrangements were perfect. We have always loved the Napili area of West Maui, and this house is perfectly located. The house comes complete with supplies for many activities: bicycles, SUPs, snorkeling, beach chairs. . . . Everyone of us rated this stay as a definite return. Hopefully soon.

Whale watchers paradise

The house was perfect, it checked all of the boxes; right on the ocean with beach access, location was great, everyone in our group had access to large bed with private bath. The panoramic view was wonderful, don’t miss a sunset here. Floor plan was great for a group of eight.

Annual family vacation

Our two families travel together every year for vacation, and like to rent a house big enough for all of us to stay comfortably. This house was exactly that. The location was great - close enough to nearby activities, but didn’t feel like we were in a busy area. We really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely Stay in Maui

What a great place!! We had a mini-family reunion with our adult children(7) and toddler/baby grandchildren (3). Check-in was a breeze, Daniel kept in touch before, during and after. The house is right on the water, the beach is right there--sitting on the patio, even the whales cooperated by providing us with a show every day. The stairs down to the beach are steep, but our toddler had no problems navigating. We were generally the only people on the beach, the water is shallow and warm.In the house itself, the pictures don't do it justice. Four of the bedrooms are ensuite, fabulous for our group. The downstairs outdoor shower was lovely and a huge hit with the grandkids. The beds were all comfortable, and the house is very well stocked. We cooked most meals, the kitchen had everything we needed. In addition, there are games and blocks for the kids, a lovely treat-- and lots of sand toys too!! Oh, and a kayak and SUPs.The house has many outdoor spaces, if you needed to have a break, there were plenty of places to get away. Some of the adults wfh while we were there, and the internet worked just great. And the hammock was a nice treat.Overall, we had a wonderful time, the kids are already talking about our next trip, we highly recommend!!

Dream beach stay

The property is everything and then some. Gorgeous sunset views, ample outdoor space and plenty of places to sit eat or play outdoor games. The house is very well equipped. All of the rooms are very generously sized and having incredible ocean views. Our house could not have been nicer and responded to everything almost immediately. We can’t wait to come back!

Incredible property on the water

This property is wonderful. An enormous, beautiful house in a great location and right on a quiet beach. When we arrived there was a turtle resting on the beach - such a magical start to the stay. The host is extremely helpful and friendly. Five stars!!

Christmas Vacation

This was are best visit to the Hawaii islands that me and my family have ever been on. The location of the home to the beach can not be compared. When the island beaches were pack we had are own private oasis with crystal clear water and soft sand beaches. We had multiple on generations at this stay and it is one that are family will never forget. First class the whole way.

Location Location Location - Best on Maui!

Are you looking for the premier stay in all of Maui? Look no further than this amazing beach house. We stayed here for 7 days in August, and fell in love with all this place has to offer. The entire house was spotlessly clean, with plenty of towels and toiletries. The bedrooms each have their own climate control, the beds are all super comfortable, and all bedrooms have stunning views of the ocean. We spent a great deal of time watching the waves and turtles from the sitting area off the kitchen and from any of the numerous lanais with their comfortable seating. The beach itself is simply the best – smooth sloped sand that gives you plenty of play area. Even when wading far out, we were never in over our heads. Communication with Daniel was outstanding. Whenever we had a question, he was right on it with an answer. One morning a flapper in one of the toilets broke, and even though there were plenty of others for us to use, he had it fixed well before lunch. That is great customer service! Daniel also sent us a website with the high and low tide times so we could plan our excursions outside of the best times to be on the beach. A bonus about this house is that the location is perfect for supporting local businesses that were impacted by the 2023 fires. We did a lot of dining and shopping, and loved coming back to relax in this little piece of paradise.

Beautiful spacious home!

We had a wonderul stay at this home. Had everything we needed with many nice touches. The rock steps down to the beach were a little risky to navigate when the tide was up.....sometimes a little slippery. We used the attached rope to the side to pull us back up. The public beach was accessible for those that couldn't get down.

Bigger than it looks!

This is one of the few times I've felt like the pictures of a place undersold how spacious it was. We visited with 5 adults (2 couples and a solo, age ranges from mid 30s to 70) and two young children. We ended up with one unused bedroom. The listing says 4 bedrooms, but there are 3 bedrooms with a large bed (one without its own bathroom), one bedroom with a queen/full size, and then a small room with two twins. The bedrooms are all ocean-facing, and spread out across the house (so you can have some privacy if you'd like). This house also has everything you'd need, and even more. There's a full kitchen, a grill, multiple outdoor seating/eating areas (both on the deck upstairs and downstairs), private areas, an outdoor shower, a hammock, beach toys, ice chests, kayaks, paddleboard, beach umbrellas, snorkels, boogie boards, beach towels, and more! We didn't have to go rent any gear! There's a covered and lit outdoor area for rainy days, lounge chairs on the deck for star gazing at night, tall chairs for watching the ocean, etc. The beach is also nice, though best at low tide. It's a little treacherous to get down to the beach, and at high tide you won't be able to access the sand directly from the stairs (which are steep and can be slick). However, it's a very nice, calm beach. Perfect for kids, great for paddleboarding and kayaking. Overall a wonderful house! It had absolutely everything we needed!

Perfect Spot for our Family to Enjoy the Beach and Each Other

Just what the pictures show! The view through the open doors was amazing. We constantly watched for whales, watched the clouds play on Moloka'i's peaks, watched the brilliant sunsets, and tried to count the stars. Just like the photos show, every room has an ocean view...my daughter laughed when she told us she could watch whales from her upstairs toilet! The place was immaculate! The furnishings were comfortable and added to the Hawaii vibe. The colors of the tiles in the bathrooms created a special tropical flavor to the house. It was wonderful to have a bathroom for each bedroom. We didn't use the outdoor shower very much because everyone took advantage of the outside garden house by the steps. It was wonderful to have the slate floor so we didn't have to worry about water or sand ruining the floor. The younger members of our family loved and utilized the beach. (I suggest renting your snorkel gear right away.) They reported finding the most amazing fish near the rocks by the stairs. They also enjoyed using the boogie boards and tried out the paddle board. Nice to have these extra toys on hand. A word of caution about beach access...I am 72 and wasn't able to access the beach by the recommended steps. However, I could walk along the road a short distance, and reach the beach by the public access areas just north of the property. The host was friendly and easy to get hold of. Directions were spot on. We are already dreaming of heading back! Aloha!
