Relaxing!

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The property is very quiet and relaxing. As an added bonus, observing the sea turtles on the reef from the lanai was amazing!

Great location! Fished from just outside our room

The location and view was amazing with great snorkeling and a beach just a short walk away. The room needs some maintenance and a good deep clean but other than that it was great.

Quiet and peaceful

Quiet little place overlooking the ocean. 2nd time coming here and we love it. Minutes from shopping and eating. Loved sitting on the seawall and watching the turtles.

Visiting Ohana

We definitely liked location of our unit. We spent our time a lot in our unit with family(siblings that lost everything in the Lahaina fire). We would like to come back and stay here again. Unit needs a little renovation but other than that was comfortable!

Kahana Reef

Great location and ocean view. Easy beach access just steps away. The fridge didn’t close properly, needs to be updated. Since there’s no central AC, updated and more efficient and quiet fans would have helped tremendously with the hot weather.

Not desirable

This property has a nice view, but that's about it. The pictures show a sand beach to use next door, but it is not usable and it is in front of private property that looks like a junkyard. The condo needs to be painted inside, needs new carpet in the bedroom, needs new bed pillows (they were rock hard), needs new bedding that is not old, needs comfortable furniture in the living area, and the patio/lanai chairs need new pads - they were worn out and dirty. I was very disappointed in the condo and would not recommend anyone to rent it. It needs a makeover.

Millenium Vibes

I feel so validated by the description of the property being “recently renovated.” I, too, feel that the early 2000s were recent, and want to thank the host for backing me up on this. Age of the furniture and unit are apparent. Lack of AC was noticeable, even in December. Beautiful location, felt safe, mostly quiet. Overall, good value for the price. We were happy with our time here.

Close to bus route

We liked that it was close to the transit system. The front bedroom window faces busy street and the rear patio is steps from pool that you are required to sign up prior to use. Dated furniture and need of some maintenance items. Communication with property manager was good.

Great Location

Steps from the beach and the ocean - one of the best locations you can find on West Maui. The overall apartment is a bit dated with a carpeted bedroom that may be a bit old but other than that the location is amazing. We enjoyed our brief stay. Please do note that their are sufficient fans and tradewinds but the lack of A/C is noticable if that is an important factor for you when booking. Again the location truly can't be beat.

Quiet & Comfy Paradise!

Our experience at this property was wonderful! The condo as everything you need for your stay- it truly felt like home. We did not know there were COVID precautions with the pool before arriving. Currently, there are no lounge chairs, and you have to reserve a time to use the pool. However, there were plenty of available slots to reserve ahead of time! The condo comes with two lounge chairs which we used on the pool deck, yard space in front of the pool, as well as at the beach. It was a wonderful stay over all!

Great price.

The condo was just as pictured. The furnishings could be updated but then the price would go up. It was very clean and quiet. We spent most of our time at the beach and with family so we did not spend too much time at the condo. It was perfect for our needs.

A little off the beaten path

This property came as described. The only downside would be its location...and that is not the property’s fault. It’s pretty far North on the island which is great if you don’t plan on doing much traveling around. It was nice and quiet and there is certainly enough stuff to do in the area. Thanks for the stay!

This is a wonderful place to stay

This is our third time staying at this condo. It is clean and conveniently located. We like the lay out of this condo, simple but has everything we need. We cook many meals while we stay here and everything that we need is provided. We have almost every meal on the lanai. There is a convenient BBQ grill near the condo for use. The other residents are quiet and friendly. The pool is very convenient and there are MANY beach locations near by. The only suggestion we have is to install a WIFI connection with a stronger signal so it reaches into the bedroom. We would definitely recommend this condo for a stay.

Good property

This property is updated and was in a good location. We did have some bug issues. The 1st night we noticed ants in the kitchen, called and got an immediate response that they would be by the next day. After a short hike, we came back to the condo and the mgr was there with bug spray, which he left for the duration pf our stay. It was a good thing, bc after taking care of ants, the cockroaches started coming out. I live in Houston, so I am well acquainted with roaches, so I can day condo has some bug issues. Other than the roaches, we had a good stay. There was a nice, almost private beach near the condo. We liked having the beach chairs and cooler available to us. Some things we think would be good to have: pot holders for hot dishes and salt and pepper.

What a View!

Walk out onto the lanai and take in the crashing surf 50 feet from your door, watch turtles feed along the sea wall, or whales splashing about with Molokai as the backdrop... Doesn't get much better than that. Quiet complex, generally catering to an older crowd (not a place to pick if you are looking to party... We weren't). Unit has everything you need to enjoy your stay including beach chairs, a cooler, and some beach towels which was a nice touch. The kitchen, bathroom, and living area as advertised have been updated and are nicely appointed. The bedroom could use a refresh, but the bed itself is very comfy. Trade winds kept the unit plenty cool so lack of AC wasn't an issue at all. Lots of good restaurants to explore in the surrounding areas, and the beaches are plentiful. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book there again....Many thanks!

Hawaii 5-0

No parking pass. Both email and information book said I needed one. Contacted the number provided and they said it wasn't needed. Later received a text and someone brought it the next day. Cleanliness biggest disappointment. Small bugs constantly on cook top and crawling around in bathroom. Cockroach on our bed, having us check out 24 hrs early. Dead bird on lanai blown away by maintenance after a few days.

Location Location

Unit is in a perfect location, near shop and restaurants, but in a quiet condo complex. The sound of the crashing waves was very relaxing. The unit was very clean, and perfect size for the two of us. We got our groceries while in Lahaina, but forgot salt and pepper, there is a little market at the corner gas station, that has a bit of everything , no need to drive. there is a park about 3 miles away, perfect for swimming and to snorkel, The location of the condo is very walkable if you go more toward Lahaina, there are sidewalks, the other direction is a bit more residencial, but no sidewalks.

Lovely condo

Bed very comfortable, Nice sunsetview from lanai, very well equipt in kitchen, Soft towell in bathroom, i was just disapointed about the construction it was supposed to be over before i got to the condo according to info on web page but was still happening so loud noise and obstructed view of océan.

Perfect location

This property offers a great location walking distance to two neighboring beaches. There are turtles that hang out by the sea wall. We had coffee on the lanai every morning which is right by the pool & ocean front. We never had to look far for any amenities. There are several restaurants in walking distance and we especially loved the Maui Brewing company and Miso Phat Sushi. The kitchen is updated with marble countertops, new tile and appliances. The bathroom has a large walk in shower and the bed is very comfortable. It’s a great home base for any type of holiday.
