"This is in a beautiful location! High up in the hills. The hotel is lovely. We arrived and waited for an hour or so. It seemsd abandoned and the telephone number was out of order. So we decided to leave and walk down the hill to find another hotel. So lucky for us we asked a man if he had a tuktuk and it turned out he worked at the hotel sometimes so took us back. Indika was incredile. He looked after us from start to finish. Made sure our rooms were kovely and clean. Brought us refreshments....

"Amazing place in old colonial villa. Big clean cottages, beautiful setting in garden with spices, herbs and fruits. The young energetic manager were kind to take us on a two hour walk among farms og rice paddys, tasting spices and seeing kingfisher birds, turtles and lizards. Nice pool and beautiful view over the tea valley. In the morning just birds chipping away and in the evening crickets and fireflies+the a few dogs barking. Great breakfast and attentive staff. Their evening menu might have...

"Very nice quiet place (except for the occasional barking dog at night) on a hilltop outside Kandy. The road up was a bit challenging for our guide's car, but it managed eventually. Super friendly staff and VERY cheap laundry service. Also a nice restaurant with a good selection and a nice little pool area."
