"My husband and I and our two adult kids had a wonderful week here. We loved the ground floor entry and spacious lanai. Everything was as described. Trevor and Monty were very responsive to questions and ensured that we had no concerns that were not addressed. We appreciate Trevor's recommendations for restaurants and highly suggest a meal at the Sensei Grill, our favourite of the trip. 5 stars for location, amenities and service."

"Loved this property from beginning to end. So clean and spacious. Personnel was super friendly and helpful. We had one issue with a drain and it was fixed w/in the hour. You are near everything...beach, restaurants and Whalers shopping center. Loved the pool area as well. Lots of chairs and lots of tables if you want to eat near the pool while looking over at the ocean. I have stayed 6x at different resorts on Kaanapali and this is in my top 2. We were sad to leave, great experience. "

"Staff are wonderful and kind. Property is beautiful and clean. Family friendly but not loud or obnoxious. There was construction happening while I was there but it was not an issue. Breakfast buffet probably the best I have ever had. I will be back. "

"We really enjoyed staying at the Whaler! It's very convenient in terms of beach access, shopping, and a veriety of restaraunts. The concierge was very helpful in booking trips and the staff was very friendly! Our condo specifically could use new pillows as they were old and flat. Otherwise, we enjoyed staying at the Whaler and would recommend it to friends. "

"We spent 4 days in one of the smaller suites which had ample room, a fully equipped kitchen, small seating area and a decent sized balcony with furniture with the most amazing ocean views. We watched the sunset every Night from our room. The hotel staff were very helpful - especially the local expedia guide - and the location was at the start of a long beachside boardwalk. We recommend this a an alternative to the resorts, sinde this had a more private ambience and you Can still walk to all the...

"Love love love this property. They have thought of everything. Why did I even need to pack anything?Room was excellent. Right on the beach. Staff was always friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. Check in after hours was a breeze. Cool pool area we never used. Parking was always available no matter when we got back and free. Nice convenient area. Food truck courtyard looked interesting but never could find the entrance will definitely stay here again"

"Very nice resort and friendly staff. We enjoyed the valet parking. The beach in front of the hotel is not the best as it's full of rocks. Beautiful pool area - we only used the hot tubs once though. The apartment is spacious with a great layout and has everything incl. dish washer and washing machine.
