"The room was nicer than i expected despite the ratings the hotel had. It was also nice and convenient as it is really near to all other restaurants and eateries in the city as it is within walking distance. Had to find a place to stay as I had an event to get to at my university and the distance is less than 5 minutes by car. Overall a pretty convenient and nice place to stay for two nights with the price i got."

"It was a pleasant stay. Easy parking due to not a busy roadway. Easy and fast check in. Very polite and helpful receptionist. Room space is limited but is ok for budget hotel. Tidy room and comfortable bed. Aircond is cool and water heater work correctly but sometime the water stop flowing, probably due to air trapped in the pipe. TV channel is basic, just ok. Surrounding location is a plus. Walking distance to AEON mall and many restaurant and facility around."

"Guy on the desk was very helpful and he does a good job, however the hotel doesn't accept credit cards so they asked me to walk 5 minutes on the side of the motorway to an ATM. Bed sheets also not very clean and had multiple stains. Wifi didn't work in the morning. "

"Bookede stort værelse (suite).
Vi fik værelse på 12. etage. Gulvtæppet var gammelt og bulede her og der. Der lugtede lidt fælt på etagen.
Aircon på værelset virkede ikke, og blev repareret efterfølgende dag. Det resulterede i at der begyndte at dryppe kondensvand fra loftet i værelsets entre. Efter yderligere et par dage, måtte vi skifte værelse.
Der var ingen sauna eller spa på hotellet, selvom det fremgår af beskrivelsen af hotellets faciliteter.
Personalet var til gengæld meget høflige og hjælpsomme."

"Oasia Suites are tucked away in the last highrise up towards the KL Tower. One could not ask for a better location in KL’s Golden Triangle.
So our studio suite was quiet and in many ways very nice. But I guess one could argue that a room renovation must be coming up soon. Still acceptable though, but a bit tired in decor and colors. The bed linen was worn out, thin as paper and the pillows inside stained.
The staff was polite and correct. Wifi was so-so. We did not have breakfast. The price was very fair - so compared to this the hotel was absolutely ok."

My wife and I stayed at EQ Kuala Lumpur for a week, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredible—very kind, professional, and always ready to assist.
The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. We also enjoyed the well-equipped gym and the beautiful outdoor pool. The hotel's location is perfect, within walking distance of major attractions like Pavilion Mall and the Petronas Towers.
Our room had a few minor issues, but they were addressed immediately upon request, showing the hotel's commitment to excellent service. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend EQ Kuala Lumpur!"

"Velfungerende hotel med meget lækker mad - fik prøvet både morgenmad, frokost og middag.
Nordeuropæere som mig vil nok synes at der er for koldt i fællesområder pga aircondition.
Botanisk have og fuglepark ligger i gåafstand fra hotellet.
Flot hotel i gammel stil - kan varmt anbefales! "
