"Size of the room was small but that's normal in Hong Kong, the bathroom was smelly but once we talked to the receptionist they fixed it, we noticed a couple of small cockroaches throughout our over 2 weeks stay so it wasn't that bad. Room service is daily and efficient, and the staff are really nice and helpful, the building might seem intimidating and not the cleanest but the room was good and safe and we don't have anything to complain about, good value for money."
