"Our second stay here, and the hotel welcomed us back with a complimentary bottle of wine. Our suite was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and walking the grounds. Wish we had more time to take some of the classes/activities. Will be back again."

"This is a 5 star hotel with lot of good facilities and a great view of Jeju City. Unfortunately, the hotel has a bunch of weird rules, including some fairly hostile pool rules that prevent “children” under 150 cm from swimming in the rather shallow pools. They can only enter if they wear a bizarre and, frankly, borderline humiliating equipment that includes a full body life vest, and some additional flotation equipment that prevent any swimming.
