Unfortunately, the hotel has a bunch of weird rules, including some fairly hostile pool rules that prevent “children” under 150 cm from swimming in the rather shallow pools. They can only enter if they wear a bizarre and, frankly, borderline humiliating equipment that includes a full body life vest, and some additional flotation equipment that prevent any swimming. "The staff was really nice and available 24hrs. The room was very spacious, clean, and luxurious. They also provide free laundry self-service with complimentary laundry detergent. Be warned that the machine (dryer mainly) is on the small side (in comparison to the ones in US at least) so you should only wash thinner pieces of clothing that dries quickly with it. Otherwise, you can also utilize the drying racks they peovide in the rooms. Overall, really enjoyed our stay."
