"Limit services, staff are nice but we experienced cups and the spoons they provided in the room are not clean. The towels are not that clean either. Breakfast are very limited choices and long wait time to get food when there are many people. We ended up eating breakfast there only twice out of 6 days.
Coffee and tea in the room are only free the first day the we have to pay extra if we want more. We got a free cup as a souvenir but we would prefer free coffee instead.

However, the pictures of a light room with modern furnitures on the website did not reflect the rather outdated room we were given in the sidewing of the hotel. The wifi internet connection did not cover the room and the breakfast buffet was very limited. All things taken into consideration, the price we paid for our stay was much too high."

Very kind and service-minded staff who both adviced us regarding dining opportunities in the city and even pointed us in the direction of a vet that was open in the weekend when our dog got sick. The room was nice as well, old and classic and located in the most beautiful surroundings. Will definitely come back!"
