"It was very inconvenient to find the elevator in the garage was out on arrival. I was quick to get an email that they would charge for parking, but not that. My father was traveling with us and driving as well and he does not do stairs well. It would have been nice to know this prior to our arrival."

I picked it because I thought it would be great for a dog, (and it is!), but we got so much more comfort than expected! This is a gem of a find. "Lucas helped re-organize our stay with dates needing to be changed several times at a moment's notice, due to changes outside our control. He made it easy for us to find a place to stay in difficult circumstances.
The amenities were excellent too.
As were the various items available in the lobby."

"The lady working at 5pm Friday June 20th at the front desk was very nice and got us checked in quickly. The hallways to our room smelled very good and clean. Our room was perfect. Very comfortable bed. Good tv channel's including 3 HBO and Cinemax. Breakfast was so good. Hot and cold selections at no extra price. This is our 5th time staying here through the last couple of years. Even though softball is ending for my daughter. If anyone ask or I need to stay in Bloomington again. This will...
