"Room was clean and spacious. Overall property looked a bit tired."

"We were welcomed by staff and were given a great run down about places to go and things to see as we are not frequent visitors to the mountains. We stayed in the Parisienne room. What a gorgeous place. We opened the door and the first thing that caught my eye was the full window with a view of the beautiful trees, & such a gorgeous sight to see first thing in the morning. "Very relaxing with all facilities and cosy fire for the night"

"Very clean and quiet. Staff were excellent."

Mirror in the bathroom was opposite the toilet! No milk supplied. Arrived at 3pm and the cottage was absolutely freezing taking over 1.5hours to warm up. Entry to the cottage was half way down the driveway and up a heavily overgrown pathway with no lighting at all. Needed to use our phones to see where...
