Wallowa Lake? Just a 10-minute drive 🚗 or a quick bike ride for those wanting to feel the wind in their hair. 🚴‍♀️
Groceries? Need snacks? 🥨 The store’s a stone’s throw away, so stock up for those late-night munchies.
Parking: Free and easy parking right out front. Feel free to roll up, park, and relax!
And honestly, if you don’t feel like driving, ditch the car! Walking and biking are the local favorites here. It’s the perfect way to explore and breathe in that fresh mountain air. 🌲✨

UNIT DETAILS & POLICIES

🐾PET-FRIENDLY UNIT NOTICE: Our unit welcomes guests with and without pets. While many visitors without pets have a great stay, we want to remind everyone that we cannot guarantee a completely dander-free environment. This may affect individuals with dog or cat allergies.

🐶PET POLICIES FOR GUESTS WITH PETS:

NUMBER OF PETS: A maximum of 2 pets allowed per reservation. Notify us at booking or as soon as possible if there are any changes.
💲PET FEE: A non-refundable fee of $30 + tax per night for each pet is required, including for ESAs. Please let us know at the time of booking if you are bringing any pups.
BEHAVIOR AND ACCOMMODATIONS: Pets must be leashed in common areas, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and must not be left unattended in the unit.
CLEANUP: Owners must clean up after their pets; supplies are provided under the kitchen sink for indoor mishaps.
DAMAGE AND LIABILITY: Guests are financially responsible for any damage or incidents caused by their pets. Owners will not be held liable for injuries or damages.

👥EXTRA GUEST POLICY: Our nightly rate covers up to 4 guests. We can host up to 6 total:

Additional guests (13+) are $30 per night
Please be courteous let us know in advance if you’ll have extra guests. We don’t provide extra linens or supplies beyond the base rate, and unregistered guests may result in cancellation.

🔇NOISE: When guests are in the condo above, you will hear some noise.

🔑CHECK-IN: Contactless after 3:00 PM. Early check-in options available:
COMPLIMENTARY: Call between 12:30 and 1:00 PM on your arrival day for potential early access.
GUARANTEED: Pre-arrange early check-in for $20/hour ($10/hour for guests that book direct) starting as early as 1:00 PM.

⏰ CHECK-OUT: Required by 11:00 AM; late check-out available at $20/hour ($10/hour for guests that book direct).

🚭NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited within the condo.

🎉 PARTIES: Require prior approval.

🕝 QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

🪳BUGS: Regular treatments are conducted, but our proximity to farms may lead to indoor bugs. Keep doors closed to minimize this.

🛌BEDS: medium-firm memory foam mattresses, which most guests love and few guests find too firm.

📹 SECURITY: A video doorbell is in place on the exterior of the entrance.

❄️ AIR CONDITIONING: A portable AC unit is provided and effective but it isn't quite.

🏘️ BUILDING EXTERIOR: While the interior is tastefully decorated, the exterior is a plain 4-plex. Please refer to listing photos for an accurate depiction.

🧺WASHER/DRYER: there is no washer/dryer on site. There is a laundromat between Lakes Basin Village and Joseph and we offer a wash/fold service as well (Details available in our guidebook).

There’s a Smart TV ready for you to log in to your own apps like Netflix, Hulu, Prime, or Disney+.

Just a heads-up — there’s no cable or local channels. If you want live TV, you will need a service like Sling, Fubo, or YouTube TV.
