Above these are the bedroom bungalows with an infinity pool, large patio, outdoor and indoor baths, and showers. The villa is in the southern part of Jolly Harbour near amenities such as shops, beauty salons, restaurants, sports facilities and beach. This property is listed thrice as a 1, 2, and 3 bedroom.
The space
This villa is a myriad of beautiful bungalows well appointed on the private, most westerly tip of Reeds Point.
The property consists of three bedrooms and a variety of areas to entertain and relax with stunning uninterrupted views of the Caribbean Sea and nearby islands. Panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and beautiful sunsets. They are Caribbean influenced cottages, elegantly furnished throughout the property. There is a grande infinity pool with a walkway and covered terrace.
It is located within the Jolly Harbor gated community, containing a wide range of facilities, including an 18 hole golf course, water sports, 25m pool, tennis courts, squash court and a fully equipped gym. Also there is an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants including a comprehensive supermarket and numerous ATMs. The villa bedrooms are all seperate and apart individual structures that can be opened up and be open air including 2 outdoor showers. There is internet and cable tv. The kitchen, dining and living areas are also open air and individual structures . All areas are connected by very steep cobbled paths which start at the gate and go to all the rooms and down to the kitchen, dining and living areas. There is parking for a vehicles or golf cart up by the gate, but no vehicles or golf carts are allowed on the property.

Guests can use the entire property. It is listed 3 times as a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom villa.

Maid service is available two days a week. if guest require more, there will be a fee of an additional US$150.00
