Newly renovated villa 5 minutes drive to beach

Newly-renovated two-bedroom villa located alongside the golf course in Jolly Harbour (North Finger) and within a less than 5 minute drive (15 minute walk) to the stunning North Beach.

This property has a fully equipped kitchen, which includes electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, complete set of dining ware and cooking utensils. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi.

The property is split over 2 floors, from the living area, large patio doors lead to a spacious outdoor living area with private plunge pool, with the possibility of outdoor dining and views over the golf course.

The second floor features two spacious bedrooms - each with en suite bathroom, one with a bath tub.

Jolly Harbour is the perfect Caribbean holiday destination. It is a thriving resort village with a wide range of facilities within the gated community situated on Antigua’s famed west coast. Jolly Harbour is a closed gate community with ample facilities – a well stocked supermarket, ATMs, bars and restaurants, shops, pharmacy, tennis & squash courts, golf course and a communal pool.

It is also home to some of the island’s most prized beaches, including Jolly Beach, one of the longest and widest beaches on the island, and a truly idyllic white sand beach lapped by the perfectly clear aquamarine Caribbean Sea.

Relax on beaches or explore the island’s peaks from this villa located in a gated community that provides everything you need for your stay. Relax on back yard deck and take a dip in the small wading pool- perfect for evening cool offs. Enjoy local restaurants, including Italian, Greek and Indian options or cook meals in kitchen from groceries at daily farmers market and community super market. Use this villa as your launching pad to visit nearby beaches- Vallley Church, Crabbe Hill, and Turner’s. Go on hikes to Hermitage Bay and Sleeping Indian. Climb Boggy Peak (Mount Obama) and Mount McNair. Explore the water by paddle board, kayak, or jet ski. Play tennis, use the community pool, and gym. This is the perfect do nothing or do everything location. PLEASE NOTE property is listed for sale. We may ask that you allow viewings with a minimum of two days notice. If you would like more notice, please let us know after booking.

I must say, I like the idea of a stocked bar! But it's probably best to leave that the guests.The villa was perfect for my needs; thank you.I have only two observations. Firstly, I was a bit put off by the complexity of opening the rear windows and all the other Vilas I've stayed in have converted to sliding glass doors.And secondly, and I say this to all the Villa owners in whose homes I've stayed; it would be great for us older folk if there were handrails for the staircase.But overall, I greatly enjoyed my stay, thank you..

We just had our first stay at this beautiful villa, and it was fantastic! We've been to Jolly Harbour before, but this villa truly impressed us. Our host, Jillie, was incredibly responsive to all our questions and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We loved the amenities, especially the extra towels, including beach towels. Jillie even arranged a checkout time that worked perfectly for our evening flight. We can’t wait to come back—this is definitely our favorite villa in Jolly Harbour!

The villa was centrally located between St. John’s and the beautiful beaches of the west coast. It’s located in a gated community on a golf course which was very safe and close to the supermarket and some restaurants. The villa itself was clean and spacious for our family of three. We had everything we needed and felt comfortable. There is a washing machine, however you will need to hang your clothes outside on lines to dry which works.

Exactly as described. Nice that there was soap, shampoo and laundry soap. The driveway was tight for a rental car so if you get something big it may not fit. Easy drive to restaurants, grocery and beaches.

Villa at Jolly Harbour

Loved the Villa. Our only problem was driveway was made for golf cart, but we worked around that. Lovely breezes at night, did not need ac. Jilly Richards was a wonderful host and kept up with us and our needs. Jeanette came and plugged in our WiFi, which we had neglected to notice the plug. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and a grocery store.

Clean spacious villa

We enjoyed an eight day stay at this villa. The property was clean, well stocked kitchen, and located in a safe friendly neighborhood. It is a short walk to North Jolly beach but would need a car to get to others , most restaurants, and shopping. Host communicates well and usually responds within 15 minutes. Had one small issue with property and was addressed and taken care of within hours. We wouldn’t hesitate renting this property again.

We just spent a lovely comfortable week at our rental. Had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Kitchen had necessities, LR comfortable, deck even better. Loved the Tree Frog “gweeps!”in the evening. Bedrooms spacious! We only needed the master & it was comfortable. Met our lovely hostess after arrival to check all was in order. We rented a car, but also took a private tour of popular spots! Golf carts also available for rent for in the compound. People very friendly, helped with directions & offers of “follow me!”when lost. Street signs are scarce & google gave up at one point! All an adventure, not lost, just exploring!! Our Taxi driver day one was a real gift. Anik, beautiful young lady. Booked our day tour with her & return to airport for departure. On time, every time & a real joy ! Her number on WhatsApp, 1 268 782 3857. You won’t be disappointed! Weather at 28, humid after rain. What’s not to love! But! It’s expensive!! Just so you know!

Great little getaway for the family

We really enjoyed our stay at Jolly Harbour with my parents and our toddler. The villa was a perfect place to relax after a day out and about on the island. Jillie was great at responding and really went above and beyond to help us with a problem we faced on arrival (nothing to do with the villa). I would definitely stay at this villa when I come back to Antigua. Make sure you get some form of transport when staying here-either a golf cart or rental car-as the shops are a bit far. The solitude of North Finger is the best part though! Had a blast packing up a cooler and heading to North Beach. We basically had the beach all to ourselves and we went during high season. I highly recommend.

Well-equipped Villa in Jolly Harbour

This Villa is a great home-base for activities in Antigua plus the beach and amenities (Epicurean grocery, Basilico, El Porto, Pop-Up Beach Bar, medical clinics, etc). We visited English Harbour, Shirley Heights, St John’s and Stingray City from here. Perfect for short or long stays. And the plunge pool was such a luxury at the end of hot days!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and it exceeded all expectations. The owner’s responsiveness was remarkable, ensuring a seamless experience from booking to check-out.The property itself was impeccably maintained, with ample supplies and amenities readily available. Cleanliness was a top priority, evident in every corner of the space. Clear and concise instructions made navigating the property effortless, leaving no room for confusion.The plunge pool was the awesome amenity that we loved but didn’t know we needed adding an extra layer of relaxation to our short stay. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and we're already looking forward to returning in the future. Amazing condo in a beautiful area of Antigua!

We just returned from a week stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Beautifully renovated condo in a spectacular area of Antigua. Jillie responded immediately to any question we had. This was our best experience in Antigua and we’ve been going for 12 years! I highly suggest renting a golf cart! Thank you for sharing your home!

Perfect location

This was a perfect location, walking distance to both North and South beach, grocery store and restaurants. Host responded quickly to all inquiries. The plunge pool was a welcomed feature after walks. A/C great for sleeping at night but otherwise we just kept windows and doors opened and always a breeze to keep place cool. I definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely loved staying in this villa. The pictures don’t do it justice it’s beautifully done

From the minute we arrived jillie was a fantastic host. If I asked her for any help finding any services there she went above and beyond to accommodate this. She helped me get a golf cart , helped us find an amazing kayak and snorkelling trip. I can’t fault anything the villa was amazing air con worked a treat on the very hot days :).. the only thing I would advise anyone visiting Antigua is to pack food with you. If you can send this you will save a lot of money as the supermarket at jolly harbour is very expensive. But other than that the villa is in a great location and is beautiful with your very own small pool to sit by. Great view looking over the golf course from the back bedroom. all around a great host and we will be returning again :)
