The owners were super helpful in terms of their communication ahead of our booking, as well as in answering all of our questions in the build up. The cooked breakfast in the morning was amazing and we really appreciated their friendliness and their suggestions for things to do in the nearby area. "Comfortable quiet stay part of a longer visit to relatives. Room was cosy and ensuite was good fully functioning with lovely shower. Bed was firm but comfortable ,facilities limited but to an acceptable pricepoint "

"The Mayflower is a lovely pub The staff where very friendly & helpful. Few issues, the plug was missing for the sink in the en-suite. The plug hole itself wasn't clean, needs a serious clean There's no shelf in the shower to put anything on. For the tea /coffee facilities there was no spoon. The single standing lamp, the blub was missing. But other than that, nice spacious room, comfy bed. "
