Their machine wasn’t working and he was pressuring me to write my credit card down so he can charge it for the deposit at a later date. He refused to accept cash or to call my room once his machine was ready and threatened to cancel my booking if I didn’t provide the card. "This is a great hotel and is well-positioned. A clean, simple hotel that is safe for families and solo women travellers. Free parking but also a convenient commute to the airport. Breakfast is very nice and the staff are professional and courteous. This is not a luxury hotel and is not priced as a luxury hotel. It hits that middle spot between value and quality. We have stayed a few times when passing through the area and have never been disappointed."

"Breakfast was awesome. The only complaint I have is the staff needs to keep on top of the cleanliness. Waffle batter was a over the place and the counter needed to be cleaned up regularly. Buffet breakfast was the best from other hotels though. "
