"Very quiet area."

"Nice hotel at a good price"

"This was my second stay here, I plan to be back every year when I come to Downingtown. The staff is very friendly and service-minded, the rooms are nice and everything I could ask for in this category of hotel, the breakfast buffet is really good, and the hotel itself is nice, clean and easily accessible. The only flaws I can think of is the the room I got on the second floor was noisy (but they moved me right away when I asked for it), and the waitresses often forget to give me and my colleague...

"The staff was alsome very helpful"

"Staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean as was the entire facility, including the elevators. Traffic noise from the rooms on the back was a little loud, but earplugs were provided. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"We attended a family reunion and the location was excellent and there is free parking. The facility itself is older, however, the walls thin, and there is no restaurant or coffee shop on site. Housekeeping is done only "on demand," but not on Sundays (as we came to discover). The hot water wasn't working in my room, and according to desk staff, this is a regular occurrence in the rooms in the back half of the hotel. "Fabulous B&B in a great location. Just the type of place we like to stay in when visiting Lancaster - which we do at least twice a year. We will definitely be back."

"Upon booking, I informed the hotel of our early arrival. Yet, when we were ready to check in, no one was prepared. We received the room key on a paper clip and town post-it note. Thankfully the room was ready and we were able to get in. Pizza was subpar, but the bartender brought it to our room which was kind. The restaurant clearly takes priority of the wait/hotel staff. The room did not have any signage about emergency exits, WiFi, breakfast, etc. There was also no way to contact the...

"The room had such character. Everything was clean with interesting touches. The linens we’re a good quality as was the mattress and the pillows. It wasn’t just a hotel room. I would love to stay there again. It was in a great area and was definitely worth it."

"Clean, no bugs or smells. Appreciate the clean lobby..yher than that, everything was just ok. Last time I stayed at a HGI in a different location, it was much nicer. For the price, Im shocked at what we got (or, more importantly, what we didn't get) Absolutely hard terrible bed... squeaked like a creaky door. There was a large decorative panel next to the bathroom mirror completely missing. Toilet paper was scratchy. Not even a free bottle of water. Ridiculous. Lights in bathroom were so bright...
