There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen and dining area are open plan, with an open plan lounge and work from home office.

Downstairs you will find the gorgeous kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, nespresso machine and everything else you may need. One bedroom and bathroom are situated next to the kitchen and dining room, opening out onto a small garden. The middle floor has the living room, a large dining space and an office perfect for working from home. These spaces open out onto a deck with an eco pool, lounge area and garden. Usually around March you can enjoy the grapes growing on the vines as well as bananas if it’s been a good year. The eco pool filters the water naturally through the plants around the pool. Upstairs has the main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, walk in wardrobe, and balcony, where you can watch the sun set from the bed (or bubble bath) and unwind and relax. The garage safely parks 2 cars or 3 smaller cars in tandem.

The entire home is accessible to you privately, along with the garden and eco pool. The main garage is a shared space with the apartment next door.

Parkhurst is full of life, boasting incredible restaurants and shops. It is close distance to rosebank gautrain, central to sandton/CBD/rosebank etc. The perfect suburb to get a good feel of the Johannesburg we all know and love. Our home is walking distance to 4th avenue, and a real gem in the neighbourhood. Home sweet home. We can’t wait to host you!
