Folkene i receptionen var super søde og hjælpsomme. rengøringen var lidt mangelfuld og bl.a. havde tæppet der lå i værelset i hvert fald ikke været støvsuget i et stykke tid. nogle dag manglede toilet papir og andre dage håndklæder men bortset fra rengøringen var alt super godt"

"Dejligt hotel, centralt placeret og med venligt personale. Rent, pænt og med en fantastisk udsigt over Haifa. Poolen var noget slidt, men resten af hotellet perfekt. En del børnefamilier, så man skal overveje morgenmadstidspunktet. Det afhænger nok af tidspunktet på året."
