"Room was nice, clean and spacious all the amenities were great. The staff I interacted with even though we had a language barrier were very nice and accommodating. They even helped us get our lugagge shipped to chengdu while we were outside shopping. We mostly took didi's but noticed on the last day that metro station was extremely close. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Shanghai."

"Friendly staff, nice area, big room. The room had a small defective window, though, so it was fairly noisy from the traffic."

"Great room , WiFi wasn’t the best but it was ok. The bed was a little hard but that’s of course personal preference. The service gets a lower rating as the check in process was lengthy and unorganised and several of the employees didn’t speak English and were reluctant to use the translation app and seemed uncomfortable talking to us. So that wasn’t the best experience. But the room itself and the area etc was great, so would probably stay there again despite the service at the front desk. "

"Everything was great: clean room, location, breakfast really good, laundry option to wash clothes. For me excellent. Would definitely stay again."

"Big hotel with all facilities located in the heart of French concession."

"You will have a hard time finding restaurants or supermarket within walking distance around. The property itself is alright, great sound proof, and the room is spacious."

"Super service, fine værelser, meget central beliggenhed!"

"Gode faciliteter og beliggenhed."

"The hotel"

"Decent hotel with good placement. "

"Fint hotel. Dog langsom indtjekning.

"It the best hotel with the most friendly staff. I had a great time. The cleaning staff was so sweet and they have a free laundry service and delicious breakfast. And it best location. I highly recommend it"
