With a combination of a four bedroom main residence and a fully self-contained one bedroom flat, the property comfortably accommodates 16 to 18 guests while maintaining strong separation and flexibility across multiple living spaces.

The main residence features a welcoming entry leading into a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area designed for shared group stays. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample storage, while the dining and lounge areas provide a comfortable social hub. Two large balconies on separate levels provide outdoor space to relax and enjoy peaceful lake views.

Parking is available for up to five vehicles, making it suitable for larger group arrivals.
