"Great place to stay when visiting SPI. Watched the SpaceX launch at a county park the stayed at the Palms Resort. Ate all meals at Cafe on the Beach which is on the beachside of the building. Excellent food."

I understand they are improving the resort and it is difficult for guests and the employees having to work around guests. Check if construction is on-going because for us, it was safety issues.
