Super hotel i Jerusalem
Dette er et superfint hotel der ligger helt perfekt i centrum af byen. Der er gratis parkering. Her bor jeg også næste gang.

Hotellet var under renovering så det føltes ikke som et 4 star hotel at opholde sig i. Der manglede bar, cafe og lignende. Værelser og bad var meget små.

Perfekt beliggenhed og god standard
Beliggenheden af Harmony er fantastisk, midt i den moderne by med masser af gode restauranter lige om hjørnet og 10 minutters gang fra Jaffa porten ind til den Gamle bydel. Værelserne var ikke store, men funktionelle og. Der kunne være lidt trængsel ved morgenmaden. Receptionen var vidende og hjælpsom.

Hotel i gå afstand til ALT - næsten
Vi var velkomne og det var nemt at komme rundt til alle områder i Jerusalem. Hotel Harmony har alt det basale - og så lidt mere - der skal til for at gøre et ophold i Jerusalem lidt "hjemligt" - og kan man se bort fra det mere inferiøre, som farvevalg etc., så er det en rigtig god base i Den Hellige By. Vi anbefaler gerne!

Wonderfully attentive staff
Tarek and the rest of the staff at the Harmony hotel went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and safe as war broke out in Israel. Under conditions like that you become like family in a matter of days. The staff fed us, reassured us and looked after us like we were their flock. I am very grateful that our VRBO fell through so that we had the staff and other guests at the Harmony hotel to commiserate with. Charming hotel in a fabulous location! I highly recommend!!

The Harmony hotel is well situated, walking distance to many important places, including great dining options. The hotel staff is delightful, the breakfast option is excellent, the lobby area is very nice. The beds are a bit short, if you are over 6'3" your feet may hang if lying completely straight. The bedrooms are a bit tired, but clean. We would stay here again

The Harmony Hotel is in the perfect location in Jerusalem. It is a short walk to the Jaffa Gate in one direction and the Jaffa Street tram in the other. Our room was not fancy, but it was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The Harmony includes a free happy hour each evening (except Shabbat) with delicious appetizers like dolmas, cold pasta and fresh fruit. The staff is attentive and helpful.

Very rich and good breakfast. In the afternoon there is a small snack with various drinks (coffee, tea, soft drinks and wine) Very friendly staff. The rooms could be a bit bigger, but is OK. The hotel is very well located. You are quickly in the old town and also not far from the Machane Yehuda market. With the nearby tram you can quickly reach the train station in the direction of Tel Aviv.

Great location but unclean rooms!!
Harmony Hotel is in a great location and nice management 👌 We enjoyed the breakfast and happy hour! But the room was tiny to share twin beds! The floor was filthy and felt very unclean! Low level furnishings in room and not much shelf area for personal items. Thanks.

The property is very run down, room are in need of a LTC. Carpets are dirty and rooms are not very clean. The lobby is nice but that’s about it, breakfast is bad and really pricey. Staff if ok. The only thing great about the hotel is the location and all the dining/shopping around.

Great stay at Harmony.
We had a wonderful stay at the Harmony Hotel. The location is excellent in a pedestrian only zone. Felt very safe at all times. Nice Boutique hotel.

The staff at the Harmony Hotel was very courteous and efficient. The hotel is located on a pedestrian street in a neighborhood with a lot of shopping and dining possibilities. It is very close to the light train system and in easy walking distance from the Old City of Jerusalem. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We drove our own car, and driving in Jerusalem is very confusing for an old country boy. The parking for the hotel is down a one way street that ends with a gate, posts in the street, and taxis and other cars trying to turn around. However, the hotel had asked me to send them the license number of our rental car, and when I pulled up to the gate it went up and the posts went down. We then followed the signs to the hotel, and the staff guided us into a tight underground parking place very smoothly. I would stay in this hotel again.

Loved our stay.
First time staying at Harmony and it was a great choice. Friendly staff, amazing breakfast and terrific location to the Old City, Machaneh Yehuda Market, Mamilla Mall, etc. Happy hour at 5:00 with wine and appetizers is a nice way to end the afternoon. The only suggestion I would make is for the hotel to upgrade the lights in the rooms. I found the lighting to be poor. Better fixtures, led bulbs and better bedside reading lights would be a huge improvement.

Pésimo Hotel. Arrepentido de haber escogido esa opción en Jerusalén. Es un Hotel de precio alto , para lo que ofrecen. Hotel con instalaciones viejas descuidadas , mala atención y el desayuno es pésimo pocas opciones y de mala calidad. Sumado a lo que se paga por estadia que es un montón te cobran extra por estacionamiento. Definitivo es un Hotel Terrible en todo sentido.

The comfort and satisfaction of our guests is our number 1 priority. We wish you would have shared your feelings with our staff. They would have done everything possible to ensure that you were satisfied. Our reception manager did see you at our complimentary happy hour but had no idea that you had any complaints. In ottima posizione vicino a Jaffa street e a 15 minuti a piedi dalla città vecchia. Camere pulite e moderne. Colazione davvero ottima. Parcheggio nella struttura. Staff molto gentile e disponibile: ho avuto un problema con l’auto e mi hanno subito aiutato a risolverlo

Needs an upgrade but the staff are wonderful
The Harmony is brilliantly located, central and convenient, with a short walk to the old city and Ben Yehudah St. the staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful. What’s not so great is that it’s tired and in serious need of updating. Compared to other hotels at a similar price point and within 100m of this one, the Harmony doesn’t come off well. And on this trip I stayed at one of these. A good upgrade and modernisation would do it wonders. In saying that the breakfasts are great, and the late afternoon complimentary nosh is a great addition.

There was NO security at the hotel.

Dear Karen; Our guest’s security and comfort is our #1 priority. According to the law in Israel, any hotel with less than 80 rooms does not require a security guard at the door. Our reception clerks have extensive security training and this training is refreshed on an on-going basis.
