Hoteller nær Jennings Landing

"The hotel was in a great location to stay while I had a family member in the hospital across the street. It wasn't super busy and the front desk staff was great about letting us check in about an hour early and getting extra coffee pods and a toothbrush that was forgotten at home. We also accidentally left a hat and they agreed to hold it at the desk until I could return to pick it up a couple days later. There were a couple of tiles in the entry to the room that were popping up, but overall a...

"Pet friendly with good space for dog walking. Property was very clean, maybe a newly built Hampton Inn. Check in was easy, friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and much appreciated well lit."

"We were mistakenly assigned to the wrong room, but staff made that right immediately. We loved the social hour and our room was spacious and lovely. Also terrific breakfast. It's easy to lose the elevator there-- some signage would go a long way. Our bathroom had a strange door and the bottles in the shower are too high and shoot straight out-- hard to use for someone who is 5' 5". Also our bathtub faucet wouldn't shut off completely. Those nice bedside lamps and chargers failed to charge items....

"Amazing breakfast! Big spacious rooms with well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. Loved having a pool AND a hot tub. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I even saw a server at breakfast chase someone down as they were checking out and give them a big hug. It was so heartwarming to witness. We stay in hotels all the time due to our kids sports. Highly impressed all the way around with Homewood Suites in Albany!!"
