Luxury Villa Pearl of Hvar with Swimming Pool

The Luxury Villa Pearl of Hvar is located in Zastražišće, a small village in the middle of the Island of Hvar. This pet-friendly villa can accommodate 10 persons, what is ideal for a family holiday with children or bigger groups of friends who travel together and picked Dalmatia as their vacation destination. Here you will have guaranteed privacy fulfilled with luxury amenities. A sauna, jacuzzi, private swimming pool, fitness center and a tennis court are just some of the amenities that the luxury villa Pearl of Hvar offers you.
Near the villa is a separated studio apartment which can be used by staff or if you want some privacy. The villa has two floors. On the ground floor are a living room, dining room with a modern and fully equipped kitchen a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom as well as two more double bedrooms sharing one bathroom. On the other floor are two more bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom, as well as the living and the dining room, have a direct access to the terrace.
The main dining room is blended with the living room. It is modernly furnished and has a fireplace. Besides the modern kitchen, there are also a built-in barbecue, outdoor mini-bar and an outdoor dining area where you can prepare meals for your loved ones. We can also arrange a chef/cook service with a surcharge.
In front of the villa and terrace are a spacious sun deck with an outdoor shower and big swimming pool. This area is ideal for relaxing in the afternoon while drinking a refreshing drink and enjoying the nature.
The stone plated walkways connect the villa with the tennis court and a bocce game field. The tennis court on the property is fully lighted with reflectors, so you can enjoy a game of tennis whenever you like. The sauna and jacuzzi allow you full relaxation, as well as a massage table where we can arrange massages on request. The villa has also a fitness center equipped with the latest machines where you can work out and be fit every day.
