It's fully equipped with stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances, a Keurig coffee machine, a drip coffee maker, a Ninja blender, a toaster, and all the comforts of home.

- Dining Delight: The dining area features a bar top with seating for four and a large table that comfortably accommodates six.

- Cozy Living Space: The living area boasts a 65" smart TV, a Blu-ray DVD player, and plenty of comfortable seating bathed in natural light.

- Outdoor Bliss: Step out to the airy, fully screened porch, which includes a dining table for six. Just outside, enjoy ocean views from the patio, complete with a gas grill and a bistro table for two.

- Master Retreat: Off the living area, you'll find the beautiful master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with an oversized tile shower, double vanity, large walk-in closet, and linen closet.

- Convenience: The first floor also includes a one-car garage, a half bath, and a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board.

BEACH ACCESS AT THE COTTAGES
Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a beach deck, dune area and seawall.
Access Points: There are three beach access points with the main access located near the pool and clubhouse, one access point in the mid-north area and another at the south end of the Cottages.
Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time. The dune area is accessible at all times for recreaation.
Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.
Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access, therefore we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.
