As you approach Sundowner, there is a large parking area, accommodating up to 5 cars. The heart of this home lies in its modern living room and open kitchen. Four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own character and charm. The Yellow and Orange Rooms, each housing a comfortable queen-sized bed and a 25-inch streaming TV, offer cozy retreats. The Aqua Room, with twin beds and similar entertainment options, is perfect for friends or younger guests. The crown jewel, the Blue Room Master suite, features a king-sized bed and a 44-inch cable TV. The bathrooms, three in total, have all been completely remodeled.

Outside, the fully fenced yard ensures privacy, and the presence of a charcoal grill and a firepit sets the stage for enchanting evenings under the stars. For those who enjoy indoor activities, the full-sized pool table room offers a delightful diversion.

$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival.
