"This is a 5 star hotel with lot of good facilities and a great view of Jeju City. Unfortunately, the hotel has a bunch of weird rules, including some fairly hostile pool rules that prevent “children” under 150 cm from swimming in the rather shallow pools. They can only enter if they wear a bizarre and, frankly, borderline humiliating equipment that includes a full body life vest, and some additional flotation equipment that prevent any swimming. "My granddaughter and I had a wonderful stay. Hotel was spotless and centrally located to shops and eating places and a 10 minute drive from the airport. The airport bus stops in front of the hotel. Staff was really helpful ordering a taxi for ourtrip to airport. Thank you. "

"Værelset var fint og med en rigtig god udsigt - tror måske området var præget af lavsæson, for der skete ikke meget i området, hvilket vi selvfølgelig selv burde have undersøgt. Servicen var OK, men skilte og instruktioner var kun på koreansk. Derudover var der kun nogle få på hotellet der talte engelsk."

"This is a beautiful property and an easy walk to the beach. The staff was very courteous and friendly. Rooms were very clean and were well stocked with various amenities. Having bowling lanes in property was a nice touch and our family enjoyed it. Some nice dining options within walking distance. I highly recommend it. "

" I truly enjoyed the time at Tropical Hideaway as a solo traveller. The proximity to the sea and the mountain, not to mention Olleh hiking trails, made it so perfect. Only downside is reataurants because most of them close relatively early. Swimming pool was almost to myself during the day, and the bathtub after night run made my day."
