Peace at the End of the Lane: Relax in a Unique Historic Winery Retreat

The Winery occupies the far end of a large Gers farmhouse, set in the former winery and grain store. Carefully and lovingly renovated, it retains its authentic charm: the original wine press remains, wine barrels have been incorporated into the kitchen, and even the light fixtures are crafted from original hoops. The owner lives on the property and is available to assist you during your stay.



The accommodation features a spacious, welcoming living area with sofas, armchairs, a large dining table for 8, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook. The generous space is suitable for both adults and children, offering board games, toys, movies for all ages, French TV, and a music system. A sofa bed is also available, as well as a desk.



Upstairs, you’ll find bright, comfortable bedrooms, two with their own en-suite bathrooms. The twin-bedded room has separate access from the corridor to the shower room. The tasteful décor blends antique family furniture, some from a local château, giving the space a distinctive character. Quality bed linen and towels are provided.



Outside, the pool offers wonderful private open views of the Gers countryside. There are views to the Pyrenees and beautiful sunsets. Several relaxation areas are scattered across the property, including a shaded spot beneath magnificent century-old oaks. A ping pong table and boules are available.



A trail starting from the house leads to a hilltop with 360° panoramic views, perfect for walks, cycling, or simply unwinding in peaceful surroundings.



Animals, including dogs, cats, and horses, also live on the property, offering a true countryside experience. For young children, there is the opportunity to meet BugBug the Shetland pony and enjoy a small ride. There is a pond in front of the Winery.
