*Due to the lack of rain this year, there is quite a bit of vegetation on top of the water around the boat house but you can still get a boat in and out easily*
Two bedrooms, a full size pullout sleeper sofa, and 2 room loft, provide enough room for 8 guests to sleep comfortably. There is a queen bed in bedroom 1, full size bed in bedroom 2, and a full size sleeper sofa in the sunroom. The loft is the perfect place for kids with a twin bed plus two small lounge sofas that fold out into floor mattresses (one twin and one full).

Step onto the large deck and take in spectacular, panoramic views of Caddo Lake – towering Cypress trees draped in Spanish moss, open water in every direction, and unforgettable sunsets right outside your door. Inside, the open concept layout allows for lake views from the kitchen, through the living area, and into the sunroom. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the couch in the sunroom looking out over the lake at those beautiful sunrises.

Experience hassle free parking like no other vacation rental in this area, featuring a pull through drive, parking space for multiple boat trailers, trucks, SUVs, and cars. Property also features a private dock where you can tie your boat up with ease, so you only have to load and unload once during your stay!

There are 2 kayaks, paddles, life vests, and fishing gear all available for guest use. There is also a black folding table and electric filet knife so you can clean your catch! Don’t want to be out on the water? That’s ok too! Enjoy an evening next to the large fire pit where you can roast marshmallows, experience breath taking sunsets, and then view the stars shining bright in the night sky. There’s also plenty of room on the large deck, featuring a partially covered porch to read a book, listen to the birds, or layout and bask in the sun. Whatever “floats your boat”, you’ll find it here.

In addition to all the standard cooking appliances and kitchenware indoors, there is also an outdoor kitchen equipped with a propane grill, sink, and bar seating with high back bar stools.

In the upstairs loft you will find an assortment of board games, cards, puzzles, coloring books and crayons, as well as video games (Playstation 1 with two controllers) for your entertainment and family game nights.
