Villa with private pool, sea view and summer kitchen

The Space:
Wonderful villa with private pool and sea-views. A cozy summer kitchen is directly at the pool.

The house is newly equipped with an alarm system, this serves primarily to ward off any house occupation, but can also protect the property of our guests. If the alarm is triggered, it goes directly from the headquarters to the police, taking pictures of the entrance area and the naya. If our guests do not wish this, the system remains switched off during their stay and the cameras can be covered.

The house has a floor space of about 100 square meters and offers a cozy living room with air conditioning, fireplace, satellite TV with Astra and Hotbird reception (also Swiss programs but not with french programs), radio with CD player and an adjacent dining area (with air conditioning) with space for up to 4 people, as well as a cozy sofa corner, from which you can again enjoy the magnificent view of the garden and the pool.
Of the two bedrooms, one is equipped with a double bed 160 x 200, the other with two single beds. The bright bathroom has a shower and toilet.
In one bedroom there is air conditioning, the second bedroom is cooled very well by the air conditioning in the conservatory).

In the basement you will find a laundry room with washing machine ironing board and iron. The modern kitchen offers everything that is needed as well as a dishwasher.

For the contact to the outside world provides an internet access with WLAN.

From the roof terrace you have a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains

On request we can also provide you with a cot or a high chair.

Guest Access:
On your arrival, you will be welcomed by our local host, who will hand over your house and assist you with help and advice if necessary.

Other Things to Note:
Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).


The arrival and departure has to be on Saturday (its to request for other days).
