You will have access to 1 shared on-site parking space. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property, pets are not allowed, and events are not permitted. Beach towels are provided for your convenience, and the property is located near the beach with Arenal Beach just 3km away, Granadella Beach 6.5km away, and Cala Blanca 1.5km away.



Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm to respect other residents. Store sun lounger cushions when not in use and ensure air conditioners and electrical appliances are switched off before checkout. Use air conditioners responsibly and do not leave them on when away from the house. Washable plastic cups, plates, and cutlery are provided for outdoor use. Please dispose of rubbish and leave the property as you found it. Contact the host for any issues with electricity, pool, or other problems rather than attempting repairs yourself. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee.
