CHARMING VILLA LOCATED IN JAVEA (COSTA BLANCA), WITH A LOVELY GARDEN AND SEA VIEWS FROM THE TERRACE, for up to 6 people.



LAYOUT: The villa ALAMITO is organized on one floor. We enter directly into a large bright and open space: a large dining table with chairs that seats all the guests, as well as a study table. Next to the living room area there are two three-seater sofas, a coffee table and a television.Then on the right hand side we find the American kitchen, completely new and with all the necessary elements and electrical appliances for the wellbeing of our stay. A corridor leads to the three bedrooms situated on the other side of the villa: two have a double bed, one of the two has an en-suite bathroom with shower, and the other bedroom has two single beds. We will have a second bathroom with shower at our disposal close to the bedrooms. There is a photoreceptor camera in the living room that only takes pictures when the alarm goes off.



OUTSIDE: The garden of villa ALAMITO is splendid, made up with trees and plants typical of the Costa Blanca region. The outside of the villa offers us different areas where we will be able to disconnect and enjoy our holidays. The first one is on the covered terrace with an outdoor dining table that seats all the guests. Directly opposite is the swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers as well as a bench with a small table. At the back there is a table under an umbrella where you can have a drink, away from the other guests and relax. The villa has a chill out area on the upper terrace with a partial sea view.



SITUATION: Villa ALAMITO is located in a quiet residential area but close to services like supermarkets and restaurants, just a few minutes drive from the beaches and coves of Javea.



OTHER: FREE WIFI, AIR CONDITIONING IN ONE BEDROOM, SEA VIEW FROM THE ROOFTOP, PETS ACCEPTED ON REQUEST AND WITH SUPPLEMENT. IT HAS A GARAGE WITH CAPACITY FOR 1 CAR.
