Accommodation

The accommodation features two spacious terraces that add great value to your stay. The first, uncovered, has artificial grass, a sunbathing area and outdoor dining. The second, covered and in tropical wood, is connected to the outside and offers a pleasant dining area and a chill out space, with the possibility of closing it for greater comfort.



Inside, the apartment has a living-dining room with direct access to the terrace. The living room is equipped with a spacious sofa and flat-screen television with ChromeCast system. The dining area features a glass table. The entire room has hot/cold air conditioning by split system.



The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and complete kitchenware. Additionally, it has an adjoining gallery with a washing machine, outdoor clothesline, ironing board and iron.



The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed (150x190) with a latex mattress, while the second bedroom has two single beds (90x190). Both have built-in wardrobes, chests of drawers and hot/cold air conditioning. The property has a full bathroom with bathtub and shower, as well as an additional toilet with bidet.
