The well-equipped kitchen, complete with a handy separate laundry room, flows into a light-filled lounge and dining area that opens onto a covered balcony. It’s a great spot for morning coffee or relaxed evening drinks. The balcony overlooks a tree-lined road, and thanks to hermetically sealed windows, the apartment remains calm and quiet inside.

1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.



2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.



3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
