With a contemporary open plan design and under modern furnishings the entrance hall, kitchen, lounge and dining
areas lead directly onto the large terrace area creating a superb inside-outside living space. The sliding glass doors
open almost completely to open up the living space to the sunshine of the terrace.
The clear blue infinity pool provides the focal point for outdoor entertaining, with panoramic views. Poolside sun loungers
and covered terrace with informal seating and dining area, allow you to choose whether to enjoy the sunshine or retreat
to the shade. The Infinity pool, Hot tub, table tennis and garden with lower terrace, offer a range of leisure activities for
guests to enjoy.
Enjoy a cocktail at your private bar whilst you listen to your choice of music – from your own device - on our Bose
surround sound system. Or watch music channels on the large bar TV screen and challenge your friends to a game of
pool at our full size pool table. Sink into our comfortable sofas to watch a movie, relax as you catch up on your favourite
programmes on SKY TV or flick through a holiday read.
For your convenience there is a utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Here there is an
additional free-standing freezer for guests who prefer to stock up on groceries at the start of their stay and save more
time to enjoy the Spanish sunshine

and enjoy an early morning coffee or watch the sunset with a glass of wine. A modern, large en-suite with double vanity
unit, bath, separate rainfall shower and separate WC completes the open-plan design.
• The Junior suite has convertible Twin/Superking beds with en-suite bathroom.
• Patio doors open onto the terrace, shared with the Master Bedroom, providing an excellent spot for private
sunbathing.

Alicante airport is around a one-hour drive, and Valencia airport is around a 90-minute drive. The Villa is 15 minutes drive from Playa de Arenal or Javea Old Town and just a few minutes walk from Javea Golf Club (preferential green fees for our guests) with several local restaurants nearby.
