Outside is the pool with its terrace with outdoor furniture, garden around the villa and large parking area within the fenced plot.

Due to the villa's location, they can equally move to Jávea or Benitaxell, located just 1 km from the Jávea Golf Club which has a nice bar/restaurant.

The nearest beaches are Cala Moraig in Benitaxell and Arenal Beach in Jávea, approximately 15 minutes by car.

To visit is the old town of Jávea with its busy tourist centre where you can find narrow streets with bars, restaurants, shops and historic buildings.
