Guest Access:

Guests have the entire villa to themselves, including both floors, the pool and the garden; the laundry room with washing machine near the entrance serves both floors. Our concierge meets you at the villa to hand over the keys and give a short tour. Private parking is available.



The Neighborhood:

Villa Mira Alma is located in Jan Thiel, about 250 meters from Jan Thiel Beach and close to restaurants, beach bars, shops and supermarkets. Fitness centers, a spa, a casino and water sports are nearby, and a nature reserve with flamingos is a short drive away. The airport is about 20 km away.



Getting Around:

Many of Jan Thiel's attractions can be reached on foot. A rental car is recommended for exploring the rest of the island; our concierge can arrange a rental car or airport transfers.



Other Things to Note:

- The villa accommodates up to 10 guests

- Electricity is included up to 40 kWh per day and water up to 1.5 m³ per day; over-usage is charged after departure at $0.55 per kWh and $8 per m³ of water

- Intermediate cleaning, including bed linen and towels, is mandatory for stays longer than 7 nights

- Check-in from 3 pm; check-out by 11 am

- The pool is 1.50–2.00 meters deep and is only suitable for guests who can swim

- Groups of young adults may be declined

- The minimum stay varies by season and is shown when you book
