Bon Bini to El Patrón - a tropical retreat designed to make you feel instantly at home. With its warm Caribbean architecture, tasteful styling, and countless cozy nooks to relax, the villa radiates a sense of effortless island living.
Located in the heart of Jan Thiel, everything is within reach: beaches, beach clubs, restaurants, boutiques, and even the gym. All just a 5-minute walk away. It’s the perfect location for groups who want the freedom to explore while enjoying the comfort of gathering together in their own private oasis.
The single-level villa features four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, a fully equipped designer kitchen, and a grand outdoor living area where you can unwind, dine, and enjoy the Caribbean breeze from sunrise to sunset.
Traveling with a larger party? On the ground floor you’ll find two independent apartments - each with a kitchen, living room, bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a covered veranda. For the ultimate island escape, rent the entire property.
We’ve also made sure our smallest explorers feel at home. Baby amenities include a crib with high-quality mattress, 0+ highchair, baby bouncer, changing pad, potty, toilet reducer, and children’s tableware.

The Kitchen
The spacious living kitchen is the heart of the villa, with all bedrooms conveniently located around it. Prepare breakfast at the island while your group gathers around the indoor dining table—or enjoy the seamless flow into the outdoor living area where the real Caribbean life unfolds.
Want to follow football matches or watch the news? The 65” smart TV has 5,000 international channels and can be rotated toward the terrace.

The Bedrooms
The four bedrooms are positioned around the living kitchen.
The two front-facing master bedrooms feature sliding doors that open directly onto the outdoor living area and include an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet.
The two rear bedrooms also include private ensuite bathrooms with walk-in shower and vanity.

The Two Apartments (Ground Floor)
A private entrance leads into a short hallway that opens to the kitchen and living room. Three sliding doors connect the living space to the terrace at the back, mirroring the villa above but with total independence.
Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning for cool, comfortable nights.
A convenient storage room gives you extra space for luggage.

Other important things to consider:
The rental price is based on the use of 4 bedrooms for up to 8 guests. If desired, additional apartments (5th and 6th bedrooms) can be made available at an extra charge of $110 USD per apartment per night.
If you would like to use 5 bedrooms, please select 10 guests when making the booking. For 6 bedrooms, select 12 guests when booking.
All rented areas are fully accessible to guests, including shared living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms.

Water & Electricity
Water is precious on Curaçao. We kindly ask guests to use it responsibly.
Electricity use is included up to:
• 60 kWh/day (villa only)
• 90 kWh/day (villa + apartments, up to 12 guests)
extra usage is billed at $ 0.65 USD/kWh. Normal use is well within limits.

Cleaning
A mid-stay cleaning is required for stays longer than 7 nights.
The cost is $250 USD + $30 USD per apartment, scheduled during your stay to keep the villa fresh and pristine.
Final cleaning is included.

European Outlets (220V)
The villa is equipped with European outlets (220V).
Bring a suitable adapter if needed.

Noise Policy
To respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, loud music is not permitted.
After 10:00 PM, we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum.

Departure
Upon checkout, please leave the villa tidy.
Final cleaning will be handled by the property manager.
